Recao’ White Bean Dip

When we think holiday dips, we think decadent, lots of cheese, butter, cream, and layers of ingredients. But the truth is that you can get the same satisfaction with nutritious options like nuts, chickpeas, avocado and beans. A couple of holidays ago, we tried this white bean dip with recao leaves (also known as culantro) and it was a big hit among our friends. Here's the recipe!


Recao’ White Bean Dip - Mix all ingredients in a food processor and serve with bread or chips.
  • 1 can of organic white beans 
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 small recao’ leaves (culantro), 
  • ¼ cup of onions 
  • 1/3 cup of olive oil 
  • Salt and pepper to taste (You can also add sumac!)
