Juice therapy is a blessing when you’re not feeling 100 percent. It’s about looking for the ingredients with the nutrients that you’re body needs and getting creative with different flavor combinations. This Saturday we tried a couple of different options: a ginger immune system shot, a refreshing green energy blend and a berry smoothie that was high in antioxidants. It was actually a pretty delicious and a good options if you’re looking for a quick breakfast.

- 1 Inch of raw ginger
- ¼ Cup of light coconut milk
- 1 Tsp of honey
- 1 Tsp of cinnamon
- ½ Grapefruit, juiced
- ½ Stick of celery
- ½ Large cucumber
- 1 Lemon, juiced
- 2 Tsps of raw honey
- 1 Banana
- 4 Strawberries
- 1 Cup of raspberries
- 1 Cup of light coconut milk
- 2 Tsps of raw honey
- 4 Ice cubes
